House Rules

REGISTRATION

Guests are requested to occupy the room only after proper registration at the Front Desk.

BILLS

All bills must be settled when presented either by credit card or cash before departure. The hotel allows credit facilities to certain companies at its own discretion. In case of default of payment of dues by a guest(s), the management reserves the right to detain all luggage and belongings.

CUSTODY OF GUEST'S BELONGINGS

Guests are particularly requested to lock the doors of their rooms when going out or when retiring.
The management will not in any way, whatsoever be responsible for the loss of guests goods or any property due to negligence or any other cause. For the convenience of guests, safe lockers are placed in the guest room closet. Valuables can also be kept in safe custody at the Front Desk. Please contact the Duty Manager. The management will take reasonable and proper care of the lockers but does not hold itself responsible for any loss or damage due to any cause whatsoever.

DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel property movable or immovable, either by themselves or by their companions and until the damages are paid, their luggage will be detained. Guests are requested to avoid throwing cigarette buds in the room.

AIR-CONDITIONING

All guest rooms are centrally air-conditioned. A thermostat is available in the room to control the temperature.

ACCIDENTS

The management is not responsible for any accident caused whether by use of electrical gadgets, mechanical appliances etc. or by natural causes including acts of God, resulting in either loss or damage to themselves and / or their property.

MEALS

Please refer to the service directory for In-Room Dining and other Food and Beverage facilities.

RIGHT OF OCCUPATION OF ROOM

Only those guests are allowed to use the room facility who are registered at the Front Desk. The hotel reserves the right of admission.

HOTEL'S RIGHT TO REQUIRE GUEST TO VACATE

The management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room at any moment without prior notice or to assign any reason for such request.

GAMBLING ETC.

Pakistan Government rules prohibit any gambling activities in the room. The use of musical instruments is restricted.

DRESS CODE

Swim suits will not be worn in the hotel except at the pool area. Changing facilities are available at the poolside.

RELATION BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND GUESTS

Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to constitute the relation of landlord and tenant between the management of the hotel and any guest or visitor. The management shall always be deemed to be in the possession and control of the whole Hotel premises.

VISITORS

Guests are required to meet their visitors in the lobby. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms after 10 p.m or unless prior permission taken from the Front Desk.

GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

Guests are requested to observe and comply with all the Government rules and regulations enforced from time to time.

COOKING

Cooking on electric stoves in the rooms is strictly prohibited.

Emergency Informations

The safety of our guests is our primary concern. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures as outlined below:

AUDIBLE ALARMS

Our hotel conducts periodic fire drills for the safety of our employees and guests. Should a fire drill be scheduled during the time of your stay, you will be informed at the time of check-in. If you were not notified of a scheduled fire drill, Please take each audible alarm as a sign of an emergency.

FIRE

  • In all our guest rooms, you will find a fire evacuation plan posted at the back of the door. Please familiarize yourself with the exact exit.
  • Our hotel is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. To activate them immediately, dial for the reception from your room telephone.
  • Should the fire alarm sound, please exercise care before leaving the room. Feel your guest room door; if the door is hot to touch, do not open the door, but remain in the room and contact the front desk immediately.
  • Should you leave the room in case of a fire in the hotel, please do not open any window.
  • When leaving the room in case of emergency, do so quickly and calmly.

ELEVATOR USAGE

In case of an emergency, please do not use the elevators. Please take the nearest escape route as laid out on your room's emergency evacuation plan. Please proceed to the hotel's meeting point which is located at the pool.
